Before You Hire, Redesign the Work
Operational overload often looks like a hiring problem. But adding another person to a broken or repetitive workflow does not fix the workflow.

Automation First. Human Support Where It Matters.
Hirelessly helps you identify repetitive work, remove unnecessary steps, and automate reliable decisions and actions across your operations.
Not everything should be automated. When a workflow needs judgment, trust, empathy, or accountability, we design a clear human-in-the-loop path instead.
The Right Work, With the Right Owner
Use automation for predictable, repeatable work. Keep people in the work that needs judgment, trust, and accountability.
Tasks Your AI Assistant Can Automate

What Changes When You Run on Systems
This isn't just about cutting costs. It's about building an operation that executes consistently, scales without friction, and makes human time more valuable.
How We Work With You
We don't automate for automation's sake. We redesign the work, automate what is repeatable, and keep people where judgment matters.
Works with the tools you already use
We automate on top of your existing stack — no rip-and-replace, no new software to learn.
Don't see your tool? We support any platform with a REST API or webhook. Ask us about your stack →

Questions About Automation-First Operations
Common questions about AI workflows, human oversight, pricing, and where automation is the right fit.
What is an AI assistant?
An AI assistant is a managed system that handles repeatable operational work — such as email triage, scheduling, CRM updates, customer support, and lead qualification. Hirelessly designs the system around your workflow and routes exceptions to a person when judgment or accountability is needed.
How much does an AI assistant cost compared to running operations manually?
Costs depend on the workflow, integrations, review requirements, and the support your team needs. During discovery, we map the work that can be automated, the review points that need people, and the scope and pricing for your operation.
Can AI replace manual business operations?
AI is highly effective for high-volume, repetitive, rule-based tasks such as email triage, scheduling, CRM updates, data entry, and ticket routing. It should support—not displace—people in complex judgment calls, client relationships, creative work, and high-consequence decisions. Our model is automation first, with human support where it matters.
How quickly can I get an AI assistant for my business?
Timing depends on workflow complexity, integrations, access approvals, and testing. We begin by mapping the work and agreeing an implementation scope with your team.
What tools do you integrate with?
We work with automation platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier, GoHighLevel), CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive), email and calendar (Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, Calendly), communication tools (Slack, WhatsApp Business, Intercom), and productivity apps (Notion, Airtable, ClickUp, Google Sheets). If your tool has a REST API or webhook, we can connect to it.
What does the setup fee cover?
Your setup fee covers the full initial build — workflow mapping, agent configuration, tool integrations, and onboarding. Minor workflow adjustments are included in your monthly plan. If your business evolves significantly and requires a major rebuild, that's quoted separately — but most updates are handled within your subscription.
Do you offer a trial or pilot period?
We don't offer a free trial — building and deploying your agents requires real setup work. What we do offer is an honest intake process: before you pay anything, we'll map your workflows and show you exactly what will be automated, what it will cost, and what results to expect. No surprises.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your data is never stored beyond what's needed to execute your workflows. We use OAuth for all tool integrations — we never store your passwords. Agent logs are retained for debugging and deleted on a rolling 30-day basis. We're happy to share our data handling policy on request.
What happens if I want to cancel?
You can cancel anytime after month 3 — no penalties, no lock-in. We'll offboard your agents cleanly and document everything so you keep your workflows. The setup fee is non-refundable as it covers the build work already done, but your monthly subscription stops the day you cancel.
